It is an amazing place with great staff and very friendly environment. I am definitely giving them 5star rating for quality of their service and food.. and I will suggest to try their rotisserie chicken. “it is the best”

Very average pizza probably wont order again

I am a frequent customer so I am aware of the usual quality of the pizza. But today I came in to pick up my 2 boxes of pizza that I ordered and both boxes looked at least a day old, if not more. After I went back in, the customer service was not understanding and denied that is was old, even though it was clearly obvious. They didn’t bother giving a refund, or even making a new pizza. I gave back the box and they gladly accepted it and it looked like they were ready to serve it to other customers. Very disappointed and will not be coming here again.

It's a hit and miss, what can I say

The nastiest wings I have ever had in my life. Literally raw wings drenched in sauce.

Tried this location for the first time. I am amazed on how there prices are cheap! The big test was if my kids would like it. They are very picky.Well both kids gave them 5 stars! Great pizza! Can't wait to try there wings soon!Highly recommend! TRY IT!

Decent pizza at good prices, didnt like the punks hanging around inside during a pandemic. Something should have been done about that

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had

Ordered 2 cheese pizzas, when picked up looked like it sat there for a day or 2. When my mother went back and asked for new pizzas or a refund, they did neither. He made a bold face lie saying the pizza looks fresh when it did not, staff and management handled this poorly. My family and I order from here twice a week and know that the quality they usually give out, unsure why they even challenged it. Will not be ordering from here again and will get others not to as well.

Best pizza for the best price and open till 3am with delivery. Awesome staff always respectful. Been ordering from this place since it opened, haven't gotten pizza from anywhere else since.

Great prices, great food. We've used both pickup and delivery, both are convenient. The only reason that they are missing a star is for their garlic bread and side veggies. I honestly don't know why they bother. However if you want pizza and/or wings this is the place to go.

Had lunch one day and ordered my pizza right before the student rush came in. Luckily i got a seat or else I would have to stand. The pizza was made quick, smells and looks good. But taste very bland. There's no taste to my pizza, the sauce and the topping were not strong enough. The dough was done correctly and that's halfway there. Just need to get your sauce, cheese and topping right and you'll be good! Overall, I gave it 3stars for the experience but for the pizza rating, I gave it 1pt for the dough, 0pt for the sauce, 0pt on the cheese, 0pt on the taste of the toppings and 1pt for the portion/price. That's 2/5 the my pizza rating.

Very pleased with the quality and price point of their pizza. We always order "thin crust" cheese pizza which is always delicious. Once when I wasn't pleased with my order the staff quickly delivered a fresh replacement within 20 minutes

Huge fan of the queens pizza on Queen st but this new one on upper paradise is horrible. Ate here once and got sick , second time just ordered fries and garlic bread only to arrive in 20 minutes for pickup and it wasn’t even set down yet. Never again

Pizza tastes horrible....too much sauce and it seems.like the pizza was cooked twice the crust is almost burnt. Never again!!

Went there today for the third time, big lineup in Paradise Subs.First time the pizza crust was raw, and I mean raw, I nearly choked.Second time, I ordered wings, I should have called Rockets or Little Cesar's across the street.Today second slice in 3 years and crust not proofed or baked completely through. Not raw like the last time. Weird after taste. In this time of COVID, no hand sanitizer to be seen and no reason to believe they are wiping down the shakers.Courteous staff.How this place gets more stars is beyond me.

Good customer service, delicious pizza

Excellent pizza and really good wings. We order here at least once a week (usually Friday for movie night!). They are so generous with toppings, and the wings are crispy and taste so good. Get the wing sauce on the side for best crispness!! For the price, this place beats any other joint around hands down. I love it!!

A great place to stop by especially when you are craving food after midnight. Love the pizza here. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Must visit this place once in a while! :)

Good prices, good crust and order is always ready on time.

First time trying it. Would say it's okay. Family and myself didn't find anything amazing about it. Not a whole lot of certain topping which was a disappointment. Some family members said the broccoli tasted like it was frozen and not fresh.

We tried the family combo. Totally worth the price. Definitely recommend for late night food

Absolutely the worst I have ever gotten. Very little toppings. Didnt like the sauce. Garlic bread was small. Wedges over cooked. Very little sauce on the wings that were over cooked and tiny. I dont normally complain but there was absolutely nothing satisfying about that meal I just payed $50 for. So disappointing.

Last night I bought a large pizza from Queens and it was the best tasting pizza I've had in a long time. The dipping sauce was delicious as well. Good job guys!

Best customer service ever experienced and cooperative staff. Best deals in whole hamilton.

Friendly and courteous service. A good place for $2 pizza slices especially when they have the non regular cheese/pepperoni flavors like the custom Hawaiian with peppers and chicken added (photos posted) or the meat lovers pizza. You can even get a jumbo 1 ingredient pizza for only $12 taxes included on pick up. If you want good value for your money vs other pizza joints then give this place a try.

Still have the old taste but quality has definitely degraded over years

Our family loves the Pizza and Wings combos. The toppings are high quality and the wings are large and always with lots of sauce. The party pizza with 2 topping is a great deal and can feed our family of 5 easily. Also we like that some combos come with a loaf of garlic bread. Highly recommended.

OVER COOKED PIZZA WITH BURNT CRUST, WITH HARDLY ANY PIZZA SAUCE ON THEM, VERY SMALL CHICKEN WINGS WITH HARDLY HAD ANY SAUCE ON IT, GROSS WITH OVER COOKED DRIED GARLIC BREAD..... FIRST TIME ORDERING HERE, AND THE LAST TIME, STAY AWAY GROSS...P.S. I ORDERED TWO EXTRA LARG PIZZAS WITH 25 WINS, NOT EDIBLE.

Overcooked, bland pizza. Dipping sauce was kept in the box on the warmer when picking up. Onion rings burnt. First and last time ordering.

It’s the best experience that we ever had. The staff is very polite and cooperative. And the food tastes great!! Couldn’t have had better. The restaurant is clean and hygienic with a lot of food options.

best pizzas and excellent service

Great customer service. Ordered 60 wings and forgot to mention we cant eat breading. Called back and explained and the fixed the order with no fuss. The wings were well cooked and saucy. The price is amazing as well for the quality. Definitely recommend for budget and mom and pop style
